We are currently hiring entry-level Caregivers who want to make a difference in seniors’ lives. No experience? No problem. We provide state-approved PCA (Personal Care Assistant) training at no cost to you, and you'll receive a certificate upon completion.
What You'll Do:
- Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Run errands and assist with transportation, when needed
- Promote safety, comfort, and independence at home
- Follow personalized care plans and document client updates
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring, dependable, and teachable attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and auto insurance if transporting clients
- Ability to pass background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening
- Physically able to perform caregiver duties
- Willing to complete PCA training (provided by HomeWell Care Services)
- Proof of current TB test (or willingness to obtain)
